Yes — Medical Massage sessions accept most insurance plans. Bring your insurance card and a written referral (if your carrier requires one) to your first appointment. Our team can help verify coverage in advance if you email us your carrier and plan number.
Welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a short intake and settle into the space. If you have skin sensitivities, allergies, medications, or medical conditions, note them at booking so we can prepare properly.

Before facials & peels: Avoid retinoids and exfoliating acids for 48 hours. Come with clean skin, no makeup ideally.
Before waxing: Hair should be at least ¼ inch long. Avoid caffeine, and exfoliate 24 hours prior.
Before spray tan: Shower and exfoliate before your appointment. Come in loose, dark clothing.
After any treatment: Hydrate generously. Sunscreen is non-negotiable — SPF 30+ minimum for 72 hours after facials and peels.
