A single place for Executive Glow estheticians, therapists, and staff to connect your Google calendar, manage availability, and view every booking that comes in — all synced two-ways in real time.
Everything the front desk used to handle — availability, holds, reschedules, no-shows — now lives on your phone.
Connect Google once. Bookings flow into your personal calendar; personal events block clients from booking over them.
Publish weekly availability, add time off, and set buffers between clients — all from your phone. Changes go live instantly.
Client name, service, notes, and deposit status in one dashboard. Get an SMS the moment a new appointment lands.
Your own personal booking link — share it on Instagram, in your bio, or with regulars. Every booking is credited to you.
Once you finish this, you're live — clients can book you starting today.
You'll receive an email from Executive Glow / GHL with a "Set your password" link. Open it from your phone or laptop and choose a password you'll remember.
If you don't see it, check spam or text the front desk at (916) 281-9626 and we'll re-send it.
After you sign in, tap your profile in the top-right, then Profile → Integrations → Google. Sign in with the Google account you already use for personal appointments.
This enables two-way sync: bookings from clients land in your Google calendar automatically, and any personal events on your Google calendar block those times from being booked.
Go to Calendars in the left sidebar. You'll see the services you're assigned to. Open each one, tap Availability, and set the days and times you work that service.
Pro tip: set a 15-minute buffer before and after each appointment so you have time to reset the room. You can also add days off ahead of time — vacations, personal appointments, whatever you need.
Optional but recommended. In Calendars → your service → Widget, copy your personal booking URL. Paste it in your Instagram bio, share it with regulars, or add it to your business card.
Every booking through that link is tagged to you and shows up in your dashboard immediately.
Everything we get asked in the first week. If yours isn't here, text or email us.
No. Clients only see open time slots. Your personal events, event titles, and calendar details are never visible — GHL just reads "busy" or "free" from your Google calendar and hides the busy slots from the booking widget.
Two options:
Add it to your Google calendar — GHL sees it and automatically blocks that time from client bookings.
Or add a block inside GHL — Calendars → your service → Availability → Add Time Off. Either works.
You get an SMS (and email if you enable it) with the client's name, service, and appointment time. The booking is auto-added to your Google calendar and also shows up in your GHL dashboard under Appointments.
Deposit collection, confirmation SMS to the client, and 24-hour reminder are all handled automatically by GHL.
Inside 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable per our policy — the client keeps it as a credit toward a future appointment. If the client is a total no-show with no communication, text the front desk and we'll help you decide whether to charge the full service fee to their card on file.
Yes. In your dashboard, open the appointment → tap Reschedule → pick a new slot from your available times. GHL emails and texts the client automatically with the new time.
Payouts run on our standard schedule — details are in your onboarding docs. Every booking in your dashboard shows the client's paid amount so you always have an up-to-date total. Any questions on comp, tips, or payout timing, text the front desk.
Go to team.exeglow.com → tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email we invited you with. You'll get a reset link by email.
Yes — highly recommended. Search "LeadConnector" in the App Store or Google Play, sign in with the same email/password. You'll get push notifications for new bookings and can manage your calendar from your phone.
The front desk can walk you through setup, resend your invite, or fix anything that isn't working. Fastest way to reach us is a text.
